As a user of TriageAI, you are responsible for:

- Reviewing all AI draft replies.
- Accuracy of knowledge base data.
- Authorized account activity.
3. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the service for sending spam, deceptive content, or attempting to reverse engineer the AI logic. Processing highly sensitive personal data (e.g., medical records) is strictly prohibited outside general business support scopes.
4. Limitation of Liability
"TriageAI is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any errors in AI-generated drafts or data breaches resulting from compromised Google accounts."
5. Google API Usage
By using TriageAI you agree that the app will access your Gmail account using Google OAuth 2.0. TriageAI will only access data necessary to provide its core functionality. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings. TriageAI will never send emails on your behalf without your explicit manual action.
