Google API Data Usage
TriageAI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
TriageAI accesses Gmail data solely to:
- Read incoming support emails for AI classification
- Apply category labels to emails in Gmail
- Create draft replies inside Gmail threads for user review
Email content is transmitted to Groq AI for classification purposes only and is never stored on our servers permanently. Only metadata such as sender address, subject line, category label, and timestamp is retained in our database.
Users can revoke TriageAI's access to their Gmail account at any time from their Google Account security settings at myaccount.google.com/security.
Data Collection
We collect only the information necessary to provide the TriageAI service. This includes:
- Email metadata (sender, subject, timestamp) for classification.
- Category labels generated by our proprietary AI system.
- Knowledge base text you voluntarily provide for context.
- Basic account information provided during signup.
The "Zero-Storage" Promise
Privacy is our core value. We have strict boundaries on data access:
Temporary RAM Processing
Full email bodies are processed in memory to generate drafts and then discarded immediately. We do not store email content.
No Data Brokerage
We do not sell or share your inbox data with advertisers or third-party data brokers. Ever.
How we use your data
Your data is used exclusively to classify incoming support emails, generate context-aware draft replies, and improve the accuracy of your specific workspace classification.
Data Retention
You can request deletion of your account and all associated metadata at any time by contacting us at adeelsayyad.a@gmail.com. Upon deletion all your data is permanently removed from our database within 30 days.
Third Party Services
TriageAI uses the following third party services:
- Google Gmail API — for reading emails, applying labels, and creating draft replies
- Groq AI — for email classification and draft generation. Email content is passed transiently and never stored by Groq
- Supabase — for secure database storage of metadata only
- Vercel — for application hosting
- Stripe — for payment processing
